Our goal is to provide quality service in a timely manner. In order to do so, we have had to implement an appointment cancellation policy.
Appointments are in high demand, and your early cancellation will give another person the opportunity to have access to our schedule and better utilize available appointments for our clients.
Time has been specifically reserved for your treatment. Should you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you must do so 48 hours before your appointments start time.
If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service’s price. No call, No show appointments or appointments canceled on the day of will be charged 100% of their service’s price.
